Our client is an international IT-service-provider with specification on the financial sector based in Bratislava. For our costumer and their further developement we have been searching for a motivated Agile Manager (m/f)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Leading the implementation of the new agile way of working over multiple locations (Bratislava, Vienna, Prague)
- Responsibility for the adoption, success and ongoing improvement of agile developement within the squads
- Identifying queues and excess Work in Progress (WIP)
- Focus on eliminating waste and delays
- Stakeholdermanagement
- Formalizing and Tracking KPIs and targets for the squads
Qualifications:
- Experience in agile developement methodologies and lean approaches
- Expertise in managing different squads on multiple locations (30 employees)
- Management 3.0 track record
- Ability to face-off Senior level management
- Experience with staffing, salary and bonus distribution and supporting hiring targets
- Knowledge of formalizing and tracking KPIs and targets for each squad
