Development and implementation of campaign data selection and analytical generation of customer insights for planning, preparation, control and reports of CVM measures on the Enterprise portfolio in enterprise customer base across all channels and functions.

 

Main tasks:

· Development and adherence to quality standards in the

Data selection, in the implementation of customer contact rules and ad hoc analysis

· Ensuring campaigns data quality in compliance with

Privacy Policy

· Review of the campaign and selection briefings and Their

technical translation

· Selection of customer data from the DWH (Teradata and Oracle) to

specific audience requirements

· Establishment and development of campaigns and campaign-related

Analyzes in close cooperation with the churn Manager, the Base Lift Manager and / or Channel Manager

· Evaluation of campaign success based on economic criteria

and generate analytical insights for success Increasing measures

· Advising Churn Manager / Base of Lift Manager / Channel Manager

Regarding campaign optimization to commercial KPI¹s as sales, margin, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction

· (Further) development of the campaign management system and DWH

in collaboration with engineering and operational teams of the relevant systems

· Designated knowledge in various. Models (Propensity,

Collective migrations, NBA) and analysis

· Experience in commercial ROI and CVM Value considerations of

CVM measures on the basis of models and Analyzes, NBA

· Delivery, good assessment assets at cost and impact

· Tools: Churn Manager, Base Lift Manager, Marketing CVM team,

· DWH process knowledge

· Datenselektions-, data quality assurance experience in Teradata

and Oracle

· Safe handling of campaign management system (SQL on

Teradata and Oracle)

· Interpretation of campaign data (Marketing /

Business understanding)

· University degree in computer science, business or

similar workout with analytical focus plus.

work experience

· 3 years experience in IT, controlling or reporting -

ideally in CVM environment

· Good understanding of technical processes and troubleshooting

and an analytical and structured thinking undVorgehensweise

· In-depth methodological knowledge of the data collection and

data analysis

· In-depth experience with SQL and Oracle Teradata

· Experience with campaign management system (Unica), technology

and process optimization and or programming in SAS

· Very deep database expertise and customer data management

knowledge

· Business understanding of marketing specific issues

· Good German and English skills

· Compelling and Successful in communication with other areas in the relevant interfaces
