Deine Hard- und Software
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- You are familiar with software development
- You are an organisational talent and have the ability to resolve conflicts
- Very good English skills are a prerequisite
- You have a good sense of humour and are a team player
- Scrum Master certification is an advantage
Deine Tasks
- You coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- You coach your team members in agile frameworks
- You facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- You collaborate with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- You support teams in implementing changes effectively
- You lead development teams to a higher Scrum level
- Helping to build a productive environment that your team members enjoy working in
The minimum salary for this position is € 65,000 gross per year, with the willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience.
