- At minimum Bachelor
- Minimum 7 years (Senior level) of professional experience in a role as an IT project manager
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and principles (with PMBOK, PMI, Prince2 or SCRUM certification)
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of project management techniques and tools, for waterfall or scrum approach
- Professional experience in managing different types of IT projects (web, software, infrastructure and security)
- Professional experience in handling multiple IT projects in parallel
- Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions
- Ability to reach common understanding and agreement from all stakeholders
- Experience in multicultural organisations and public sector
- Experience in conflict management
- Presentation skills (giving presentation to people of all management and team members levels)
- Ability to use the project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to manage one’s own time, even in the face of stressful situations
- Ability to prioritize between competing tasks on a rational basis and in a decisive manner
- Negotiations skills
- English (at level C1 or equivalent)

- Schedule development, planning and monitoring (e.g. stage plans or sprints)
- Risk identification, assessment and management
- Budget estimation and monitoring
- Direct and manage project execution
- Provide project management documentation & reporting, e.g. project initiation document, project plan, cutover plan, project management logs (e.g. risk log, change log, decision log, etc.)
- Facilitate and coordinate project management and governance meetings (e.g. steering group, project board, project team meetings or scrum board meetings), including manage escalation procedure
- Perform quality assurance
