Deine Hard- und Software

Agile Coaching in Transformations
Certified Scrum Master
Experience in teaching, coaching and mentoring of agile teams

Deine Tasks

Support and Coaching the Light House Product team members
Train the agile roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master and Kanban Coach as well as team members in applying agile methods, practices
Coach the Light House team members, the leaders/managers and their stakeholders in developing an agile mindset
Ramp up the Light House team
Support in re-shaping the current setup according to the EWoW model
Facilitate Light House team ceremonies
Facilitate and foster a cross-Light House learning and exchange community
Align with other Agile Coaches on the successes and impediments the teams are facing
Mentor an internal Agile Coach trainee and supporting their growth and learning experience in the Light House Product Team
Enable and foster a smooth hand over to an internal Agile Coach latest after 6 months of supporting/coaching the Light House Product Team
Interviews with dedicated employees to determine the state of Agile
improve the EWoW model through Light House learnings and PT feedback
