For our client, an international private bank, we are looking for a business analyst for a HR Business Solution (powered by Workday).
- Being responsible as a technical SME for the Core HCM module in Workday
- Strong collaboration with other technical SMEs
- Providing professional HR Services with high customer service orientation
- Being a troubleshooter
- Analyse data discrepancies and improve data quality
- Profound knowledge in the Workday application – especially in the following functional modules – Workday Core HCM – Workday Security
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as high resilience and willingness to learn
- Ability to select and judge relevant information
- Great problem-solving skills
- Intercultural Competence to treat requests properly from around the world
- Thorough coordination and organization skills
- Independent and accurate working style
