Your hard- and software
- IT education (HTL, Fachhochschule, University)
- Experience with GDPR requirements and understanding of main GDPR concepts (eg legitimate interest for storage of personal data)
- Experience with specification of business requirements and guidelines
- Experience with lotus notes database and microsoft exchange mail programs
- Result orientation and willingness to perform
- Communication and team skills
- Very good English skills, German is an advantage
Your tasks
- Align with compliance governance in regard to deletion approach of personal data for different compliance department
- Define guiding principles for treatment, storage and deletion of compliance relevent data including personal data of customers and non-customers stored on fileshares, sharepoint and collaboration room
- Research and faciliation of tools for support of automized data deletion
- Document deletion progress and achieved milestones
- Provide specifications and alignment with lotus notes developers in regard to clean up procedures of personal data within lotus notes databases
- Support of the compliance governance department in regard to further GDPR relevant activities
