Communication skills and basic people leadership skills especially in a changing environment
Professional experience in managing projects, ideally in a global and/or Plant Maintenance environment
SAP knowledge (EAM, QM, PP or MM) is a big plus
Excellent English communication skills, German is a big plus
Willingness to travel in Europe is obligatory

Our customer is looking for a proactive, analytic, and people-focused person who is passionate about working in a global, dynamic, and interdisciplinary team to bring the business transformation for Plant Maintenance based on SAP S4/HANA technology to the next level.
You will act as oneSAP Facility Management IT rollout lead Europe.
Your tasks in detail:

Continuous status updates to IT-lead and Project Management Office on current status and upcoming activities
Actively support process and system consolidation activities
Ensure quality for customizing / development delivered by external service providers
Support on data migration activities
Support in testing cycles e.g. as test coordinator
Management of external consultants
Management of change requests and new features between consultants, developer and business unit
Continuous alignments with business unit Facility Management and other oneSAP project members
Continuous alignment with sustaining IT Organization on ongoing changes and business unit requests
Act as a point of contact for consultants during hypercare

You will be responsible for all Facility Management IT activities around the European oneSAP rollouts. All your activities follow one common goal: Transfer the next production site to the new efficient and harmonized oneSAP processes and solutions as smoothly as possible.

Ensure task completion for project milestones, such as migration-, testing- or go-live-milestones
Ensure a smooth transition to the new and harmonized processes and solutions
Fulfill requirements effectively and efficiently
Be the partner of choice and point of contact for any IT requests in your area of responsibility
