Hardware Designer ECU (m/f)

Objective:

• HW designer ECU

• The HW designer develops, validates and documents the electronic components and modules for UPA ECU

• Close teamwork with the R&D team and the project management

Responsibility:

• Analyse the customer HW and the general specifications (HW requirement elicitation, HW requirement and architecture specification)

• Identify and specify electronic components for the HW

• Identify inconsistencies in the HW requirements

• Design HW circuits for automotive applications

• Define HW module test, perform HW module test and document the results

• Prepare HW documentation for the customer and for internal milestones

• HW module integration tests

• Review electronic circuits and layouts

• Support EMC and environmental testing

Competence:

• Degree in electronic engineering

• Experience in HW development and system development process V-cycle

• Schematic design (preferred in Allegro Cadence)

• High quality awareness

• Highly self-motivated - drive the tasks in the R&D environment
