For an international Insurance in Zurich we are looking for an Internal Control Specialist.
The project implements the COSO Internal Control – Consolidated Framework (ICIF) within the business area Technology & Transformation in business unit Switzerland. The focus lies on the implementation of key risks and controls on applications and IT processes.
Together with the project team, you are implementing the ICIF Implementation within the business area Technology & Transformation in the business unit Switzerland. As an expert in internal controls, you are among others, responsible for quality checks of the applicability and gap assessments conducted by the application and process owners. You support the owners with process documentation, gap assessments, challenge the provided inputs and support process and application owners in control and risk assessment if needed. You ensure proper documentation of Controls in Group’s GRC application, RACE GRC (IBM® OpenPages® GRC Platform) and processes in ARIS. Furthermore, you contribute to the status reporting and ensure that assessments are conducted on time by all owners.
- German and English written and spoken is a must
- In-depth knowledge to process- and controls design, ideally in IT environment
- Strong communication skills and being able to deal with a large set of stakeholders
- Able to work in a virtual team
- Comfortable to work remotely in virtual team
