Our customer is an international member of the banking industry.

For their branch in vienna we are looking for an API Developer (m/f) as a part of an international Agile/Scrum team, with the commitment to designs and implements containerized Java microservices and components on API Layer in an international environment

Tasks and responsibilities: 

• Creation of documents and reports 

• Design and implementation containerized Java microservices and components on API Layer

• Publishment and maintain APIs on Developer Portal

• Controlling of API design and policies

• Estimation of the development efforts together with the team

• Project work as a part of the Agile/Scrum delivery team

Your skills:

• Adequate technical education (HTL, University for Applied Science etc)

• 5 years of experience in implementing integration components and applications

• Experience in the area of digital projects and/or systems integration

• Excellent knowledge

  • Java
  • Sping
  • Spring Boot
• Very good knowledge

  • containerized architectures (e.g. Docker)

  • management tools (e.g. OpenShift)

  • microservice architecture pattern

  • data modelling

  • SQL

  • different database technologies (e.g. RDBMS, NoSQL)

• Good knowledge 

  • integration patterns

  • API management tools and infrastructure (e.g. IBM API Connect, Apigee)

  • API definition languages (OpenAPI, Swagger, Raml)

  • (Cloud) IT infrastructure (OS, platforms, etc.)

• Agile Mindset

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in a multi-cultural environment

• Experience in Conflict management

• Stress-resilience and flexibility

• Pro-active attitude, team-oriented and excellent analytical and problem

  solving skills

• Very good command of English (C1+)
