About our costumer:

Our costumer, a renowend international company responsible for software products that meet high security and usability standards in international area, is currently searching for Java/DevOps Engineers (m/f) located in Vienna.

Your tasks:

We are looking for a team of Java Developers responsible for smaller change requests, finding and fixing bugs (acting between Support and Development team)

Maintenance of daily operations
Finding errors (in data and programs)
Supporting 2^nd and 3^rd Level Support Team with bugs that cannot be solved on this level
Fixing Bugs and supporting Development team with larger bugs
Processing change requests
Development in Java (frontend and backend)
The troubleshooting / error analysis also includes databases, servers and infrastructure

Your qualifications:

IT education (HTL, University, FH)
Experience as a Java Developer
Experience with configuration tools (Puppet, Ansible, etc.)
Good English skills (spoken and written) – German is not required
Willingness to work on large international IT projects (for several years)
Nice to have:
- Experience as DevOps/System Engineer
- Scripting experience (Python, Shell, Powershell)
