Deine Hard- und Software
- completed IT education (HTL, technical college, university)
- Significant and demonstrable experience in large scale IT service delivery or program/application transition programmes, preferably in the lottery industry or similar
- Solid knowledge and use of transition management software
- fluent Englisch skills
- Relevant certifications is a plus (e.g. ITIL Certification)
Deine Tasks
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional, large scale IT service delivery and application transition work streams for data, systems and operations transitions
- Developing and implementing transition plans in line with overall business and project plan and communicating these with "one voice to the customer"
- Managing the daily operational activities that develop and implement tactical plans for multiple components/processes
- Coordinating the creation of process requirements, functional specifications, documentation, tracking lists, cut-over lists for final go live date
- Implementing strategies and tools/protocols for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of the transition, transition progress/impact, risk and contingency management, benefits realisation and IT service and application quality
- Collaborating intensively with multi-location teams across Europe and US and the customer in order to deliver the IT services and applications that meet project requirements
