Our customer, an international pharmaceutical company, is looking for a contractor with deep expertise in OpenText SAP archiving solutions, particularly in GxP-regulated environments. The contractor will support ongoing operations and compliance-related tasks within SAP-integrated OpenText systems.

• Configure and maintain OpenText Archive Repositories integrated with SAP
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and internal IT policies
• Manage retention policies, legal holds, and archiving governance
• Contribute to documentation and Change Management processes (e.g., FDS)
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and daily maintenance
• Support internal audits and produce compliance documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure validated archiving workflows

• Hands-on experience with OpenText Archive Server in SAP environments
• Strong understanding of GxP and pharmaceutical compliance standards
• Experience in writing FDS and maintaining technical documentation
• Knowledge of retention management and archiving strategies
• Ability to work independently in regulated enterprise environments
