Bachelor’s degree in product design (ideal: Master’s degree in product design)
Experience as Product Manager (min 5 years)
Understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) (Product Management certification preferred)
Experience with API and SaaS solutions
Excellent English skills (additional CEE language a plus)
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

Drive the assessment of “as-is” situation for PI/SME Lending and corresponding path/timeline for externalization
Define gaps (tech and business) to externalize and monetize embedded lending solutions
Organize the collection of market data to prioritize industries to target chronologically
Establish and maintain relationships with distribution and enablement partners
Document current 3rd party partnership sales and management path (Account Managers, Legal, Marketing, Support)
Run workshops to identify gaps in the partnership management process
Devise a roadmap to guide a product from conception through design and into wide release
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
Be an expert with respect to the competition; assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Provide input on ongoing RFIs/RFPs
