We are now looking for a project coordinator/admin PMO (m/f/d) to support the project.

- Completed training or studies in business administration, finance, project management or a related field
- Experience in project management, ideally in the banking or financial sector
- In-depth knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Experience in creating project schedules and resource management
- Understanding of budget planning and monitoring

- Creation of project schedules and resource management
- Budget monitoring and cost control
- Organization of meetings and preparation of minutes
- Communication with project teams and stakeholders
- Maintaining and updating project documentation
- Identification of optimization potential in project processes
- Supporting management in personal matters
- Appointment coordination, travel planning and booking
- Preparation of presentations and documents
- Management of personal documents and data
- Effective interface between management and other departments
No work from home during the first 3 months of the engagement
