For a financial client we are seeking an Interim Travel & Expense Operations & Services Specialist - SAP Concur Product Owner
- Collaborate with the IT Application Owner to maintain and enhance SAP Concur’s functionality, ensuring data integrity and implementing system improvements to meet evolving business needs.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline Travel & Expense processes, integrating SAP Concur with other systems and tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Design, build, and maintain a robust reporting and compliance framework within SAP Concur, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with organizational policies.
- Provide technical expertise to support daily Travel & Expense operations, including troubleshooting system issues, managing configurations, and ensuring smooth delivery of services.
- Lead or contribute to Travel & Expense-related technical projects, such as system upgrades, corporate credit card integrations, and local initiatives.
- Manage and continuously improve the Travel & Expense ticketing system, ensuring a well-maintained knowledge database for technical and user support.
- Address complex technical inquiries from employees and line managers related to SAP Concur, providing timely and accurate resolutions
- Advanced technical knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Concur’s travel and expense platform.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data management, and process automation within SAP Concur and related tools.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical or system-focused role within an international organization, ideally in a Travel & Expense service center or IT environment.
- Deep understanding of Travel & Expense workflows, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German.
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, autonomy, and a proactive approach to driving technical improvements.
