Deine Hard- und Software

• IT education (HTL, Fachhochschule, University)
• You have a Scrum Master certification and at least three years experience in a software development team where Scrum was used
• Well-grounded Know-How of best practices (retrospective action items, burn-down or burn-up charts)
• Competences with various agile and lean approaches and utilization of best practices from BDD, TDD, DevOps, Pair Programming and Agile Gamification
• If you are a JIRA expert or you are becoming one, it's a big plus
• Result orientation and willingness to perform
• Communication and team skills
• Very good English and Slovak skills
