The role is supporting the newly created sustainability reporting team.  The team of sustainability reporting consist of 4 team members, all located in Zurich, Switzerland, and will be supported by several project resources for the project set up while the team works with colleagues throughout the organization to implement the sustainability reporting. The team is part of the Group FAR (Finance, Accounting and Reporting) within Group Finance.

• Create sustainability reporting policy, process documentation and performance evaluation best practices
• Provide support on control frameworks and support set up

• Experience on developing a policy
• 5-8 years of work experience
• Understands requirements and required set up between system, control and policy also in light of assurance requirements
• Sustainability experience required
• Knowledge of external frameworks (mainly SASB, WEF, TCFD)
• Working experience in a project with stakeholder management
• Profound communication skills especially on project related items
